Delivery time

Our nationwide delivery time is 3-5 working days or earlier, after the order has been confirmed and dispatched. The delivery time of all orders are subject to weather and public safety conditions.

Tracking the order

Once the order is dispatched & out for delivery, customers will receive a text message with the details of the tracking number and courier company information. Customers can track their once the order is dispatched by entering their tracking number in courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact customers at the time of delivery, so customers are requested to be available on the given number they have provided in shipping details.

Shipping charges

Our nationwide delivery charges are Rs.250, and we offer free delivery on order value of Rs.3,500 and above.

Our free delivery & free gift promotions are offered time to time and should be considered as limited time promotion. 

Giveaway promotions/free gifts

Giveaways are given based on efforts and winners’ selection is made keeping in view those efforts are selected randomly.

In free gifts promotions, gifts will be delivered to only those customers who fall in the free gift criteria as advertised (time, date, minimum order value etc.)
