ALARA strives towards providing excellent customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on all of our Customers.If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange within 7 days of the shipment date. ALARA will happily accept any products with the original packaging for a full refund,except in the case of a manufacturing defect
Returns/ exchanges take approximately 7 Working days or less to be processed once we receive the returned/ exchanged item(s). The refunded amount will take 5-7 Working days to be processed back to your credit card. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
