Return & Exchange Policy

ALARA strives towards providing excellent customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on all of our Customers.If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange within 7 days of the shipment date. ALARA will happily accept any products with the original packaging for a full refund,except in the case of a manufacturing defect

 

Returns/ exchanges take approximately 7 Working days or less to be processed once we receive the returned/ exchanged item(s). The refunded amount will take 5-7 Working days to be processed back to your credit card. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

 

ALARA carefully inspects every item that is shipped out to our customers to ensure the best quality possible. If you receive your product and find it to be damaged or defective, please contact us before you return your item so that we may further assist you
